The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is in general Art. 6. GDPR. The Exceptiones are:

If personal data is processed with your given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If we use your personal data based on a balance of interests, you have the right to contradict this usage of your personal data, in consideration with Article 21 GDPR.
How long do you store my personal data?
We are processing your data as long as the processing is necessary for the reason for which we originally collected or received it.
If a retention obligation consist, we will save the relevant personal data for the by law specified period of time. If the time is expired we will check if a further processing is necessary. If not, the saved personal data will be deleted.
In general we check the saved data regularly to see if the processing is still necessary. Because of the amount of data the audit of the personal data is in terms of specific data types or reasons for processing.
You can use your right to ask us which of your personal data we currently have stored and in case of non-existent necessity you can demand to restrict the processing or the deletion of your personal data.
Will my personal data be transferred to a third party?
In general, we will not transfer your personal data to a third party:

You have the right to receive information about your personal data we have and process in our company.
If you request your personal information, except in a written way, we ask for your understanding, if we request a proof about your personal identity before we can give you access to your personal data.
You have the right to Correction or deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data, if allowed by law PDPR.
You also have the right to contradict the processing of your personal data in the framework of legal requirements. Same for your right of Data portability.
You have the right to contradict the processing of your personal data in a case of direct marketing, if the marketing is based on a balancing of interests. (Article 21, paragraph 1 and 2 GDPR)
